ELDOA + MFS (myofascial stretching) classes
Classes include a warm-up for the joints, myofascial and regional stretches, and ELDOAs. The focus changes each week (ie: hips, low back, shoulders, neck, etc.) or may focus on functions of organs or muscle groups. ELDOA improves alignment, posture, breath, and strengthens the postural muscles.
Things to have handy:
- wall space to put your legs up
- a cushion or towel
- an exercise band
Pilates + Soma Training "Strength Mat" classes
Exercises inspired by Pilates mat work and Soma Training. Class includes a warm-up movement in all planes, strengthening in all positions (quadruped, seated, supine, face-down, standing). Focus is on functional strength for the core muscle group (abs, pelvic floor, spine), as well as hip and shoulder girdles. Note: the class includes spinal flexion and rotation; please let me know if you have osteoporosis / osteopenia.
Things to have handy:
- a cushion or towel
- an exercise band
- light hand weights (1-3 lbs)
In-person ELDOA + MFS classes
In person classes are an excellent way to learn ELDOA if you’re new, or to elevate & enhance your online practice. Of course, it also feels great to work out with other people!
Sunday ELDOA at the karate studio - Kingston Rd & Woodbine Ave
Sundays at 2:30pm | ELDOA + MFS | 70 mins
No pre-registration required. Just show up! Bring a mat (if possible) and water. Fee: $20

Lots of variety of Pilates-based mat classes. Some ELDOA and stretching classes as well. I teach ELDOA (online) on Mondays 9:30am EST. Sign up on the Inhabit website.
Sphinx Pilates & ELDOA™
Private lessons
I offer both in-person and online private ELDOA™ or Pilates or Soma Training-inspired lessons. Duets and small groups are also welcome.
In-Person private sessions
Available some weeknights and weekends in the Riverdale neighbourhood, Toronto. The studio I rent has Pilates equipment and small props. Plan for 60 minutes. Fees are $90+hst. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Online private sessions

Small groups + duets
Email me for availability + pricing. The studio space has room for up to 3 people.
