The next ELDOA 1 + 2 combination course is scheduled for October, 2026.
The "ELDOA for the Spine" course is a combination of Level 1 and Level 2 ELDOA certifications. Participants will learn all the exercises to decompress each segment of the spine, from C2-C3 to L5-S1. The course is 30 hours of learning with a small online component to introduce the history and theory of the method, and then three days of in-person learning to practice teaching and doing the ELDOA exercises. ELDOA is an invaluable tools for osteopaths, physiotherapists, personal trainers, movement teachers, and manual therapists who offer use exercise perscription as part of their treatment.

Glutes + Abs
30 minute class every Wednesday at 5:00 pm PST / 8:00 pm EST
This class is a continuation of the abdominal training from our previous Wednesday night series.
When the abdominal muscles in the front of the torso are balanced out with strong glutes at the back of the pelvis, the body is better-aligned, movement becomes more efficient, and strain and tension are naturally diminished.
Join Janine on Wednesday evenings and learn how to train these two essential muscle groups with Soma Training.

Remembering the man behind the incredible ELDOA + Soma Training methods.
Guy VOYER, the creator behind ELDOA, myofascial stretching, and so many other methods that we love, died suddenly on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024. Guy was a brilliant and vibrant person, and a gifted and generous teacher. His work has changed many lives and helped countless people use exercise to live without pain. We feel this profound loss in the ELDOA community – Guy was far from finished teaching his work and sharing his knowledge. He will be missed but certainly not forgotten, and we will strive to continue his legacy “You are your own best therapist” through our online and in-person classes.
