FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS about memberships:

Do I have to take the same classes every week?

No.  While most people stick to a regular schedule of classes, please feel free to try different times, teachers, and methods. If your schedule is variable, take whatever classes will work for each week.

If I miss a class, can I do a make-up?

Yes!  As stated above, you are welcome to join any class in the week that works for you.  If you happen to miss a class that you would normally take, feel free to do a “make up” class at another time.

Do I need prior experience to take ELDOA™ or Strength Mat?

No.  If you have done movement classes in the past, such as yoga, you will find the classes relatively easy to follow.  Give yourself at least 5-10 classes before expecting to be able to follow along easily.  Take your time – and don’t be shy to ask questions!

Are the classes on Zoom?  Do I have to have my video and audio on?

The classes are hosted via zoom.  You are not obligated to have your video on, but if you do have video on, the teacher will be able to offer you corrections.  Students are muted during class, but please know that questions are welcome, so you can un-mute and ask questions during the class, or save questions for the end. Most of the time, we (teachers) can stay for a few minutes after the class to answer your questions or hear your feedback.  🙂 

What if I go away for an extended time?  Can I put my membership on hold?

The ecommerce tool I use does not allow for “pausing” memberships.  Ideally, I (Sheri) would ask that you try to keep your membership going, using the Video Library, etc.  If you will be unable to use the website at all, please contact me via email to let me know, and I will make your membership “free” for a temporary period.

How does the monthly payment work?

You will be charged on the day you sign up, and then every month from that day moving forward. For example, if you sign up on Oct 12th, you will be charged Nov 12th, Dec 12th, etc.

How does the daily one-time payment work?

Your credit card will be charged on the day you sign up for the One-Day or Bi-Weekly membership, so keep that in mind! For example, if you sign up right now for the “1-day pass”, you will have 48 hours from right now to use it.  Likewise, if you sign up right now for the “2-week pass”, you will have 2 weeks from now to use it.
