What is ELDOA™?
ELDOA™ is a spine-strengthening and decompression method, developed by French osteopath, Dr. Guy VOYER, DO.
The spinal ELDOA use myofascial chains to decompress the spine and open the facet joints, allowing for better nervous system functioning throughout the body. Other ELDOA postures open the hips, shoulder girdle, and rib cage.
What is an ELDOA class like?
In a group ELDOA class, you’ll be guided through a series of postures, stretches, and movements to foster strength and mobility throughout the body.
Don’t be fooled – it’s a workout! But after all that work, it’s like a giant sigh of relief for the body! By the end of a class, participants feel relaxed, taller, and more expansive in their bodies. Movement becomes more efficient and fluid.
